Mystery of Missing Mexican Students Addressed in Movie ’43’ [Interview]

El Paso and West Texas native Charlie Minn talks about his film, the violence in Mexico and the students who went missing September 26, 2015.

Charlie Minn is a documentary filmmaker who has made films for Lion's Gate, Lifetime Television and Investigation Discovery. He has also worked as a producer for America's Most Wanted. His films represent innocent people who have been murdered.
