Investing in a publicity stunt has paid off big dividends for one of the most famous steak houses in the country.

You probably have heard about Molly Schuyler by now, she's the tiny lady who recently polished off three 72-ounce steaks in less than half an hour.  The Big Texan restaurant in Amarillo paid her quite well for the feat, but what they got back in promotion is priceless.

The Food Network was on site as well as Dish Nation and soon after she finished the story of her eating 13.4 pounds of steaks, three salads, baked potatoes, shrimp cocktails and rolls in 20 minutes went viral.
