Amarillo Man Caught Exposing Himself at Toot’n Totum

A 59-year-old man who allegedly exposed himself at a store in Amarillo has been caught and arrested by Amarillo Police.

According to Myhighplains.com, the incident occurred back on October 6 and the culprit has now been arrested.

Kevin Joe Robinson was arrested by Amarillo Police at Pantex Monday, Oct.19 for indecent exposure.

Officials report he had been exposing himself shortly after the store opened in the morning.

Why he chose the Toot’n Totum is beyond me, but it makes for one heck of a great headline.
