Texas has a new millionaire, this time in the Hill Country.

Another Texan has hit it big claiming a $1 million dollar prize from the Texas Lottery. Again, this doesn't mean the trend will continue, as I have previously written, in times where I have either purchased or been given a scratch-off, I haven't even sniffed a $20 prize much less a million bucks, but wouldn't it be nice to be a big winner?
