10 Times the Smiling Bush of Lubbock Stole the Show

Has anyone checked on Lubbock's Smiling Bush lately? I haven't had the chance to drive by there in a while. I used to pass it every day when I headed home from work, but I moved to a new area and I'm hardly ever anywhere near it. I'm curious to know what it's dressed up like right now or if it's dressed up at all.

The Smiling Bush has been a staple of Lubbock since I was a little kid. I remember my grandfather taking me down the street to visit it after church on Sundays. We always had our fingers crossed it would have a new cool outfit on. I'd get so excited every time it had a costume change, and if my grandfather noticed its new attire without me, he'd always take me to check it out.

That silly old bush is pretty dang special to us Lubbock folk.
