Popular Restaurant to Replace Which Wich in Tyler, Texas

It’s always difficult to hear about a local business shutting down here in East Texas. Let’s be honest, we have seen too much of it going on lately. People and business owners are struggling as evidence of that we saw Which Wich Superior Sandwiches close their shop in Tyler that was located at 5868 Old Jacksonville Highway, suite 700. 

But I am excited to hear that there is already a popular restaurant that is set to take over that location. It will be the 2nd location open in Tyler for McAlister’s Deli!

Not Far from Other Location 

I’m a fan of McAlister’s Deli, they are located close to my work and their food has always been good when I have stopped in for a sandwich. But I was a little shocked to see that their 2nd location is only 2.7 miles away from their first location which is at 4325 Old Bullard Road in Tyler. 2024 

How Long Until the 2nd Location Will Open? 

It’s the question that everyone wants to know. When will the 2nd McAlister’s Deli location open their doors for business?  

After looking at the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations information online the goal for the completion date is November 25th, 2024.  

Remember things normally take longer than expected, but it’s still fantastic news that it won’t be long until we have another amazing restaurant serving up delicious food options for us here in East Texas.  

I love that we won’t have another empty building in our town, plus it’s on my way home from work. That is a win!
