A McDonalds in San Antonio Will Not Serve Students During School Hours
A TikTok video raised some eyebrows in Texas. The video shows a sign posted on a San Antonio McDonald's stating that it will not serve local students.
The sign fully states: "No students are allowed to dine between the hours of 8:30 - 4:15. Everyone should be in school."
Absolutely no students during the day.
The sign also threatens that staff will call the police department on students for failure to comply. Mysanantonio.com confirmed that the sign is legitimate.
According to the article, the McDonald's is located at Blanco and Fresno, just west of downtown San Antonio. Management at this McDonald's location is working closely with school officials to "ensure kids remain in class during the school day and maximize their education."
The restaurant is located very close to a school.
The restaurant is basically located on the campus. Making it easy for the kids to grab a quick bite to eat and then ditch school.
I mean, this makes a lot of sense, especially being so close to a school. As always, there are people on both sides of the fence. Where do you stand on this issue? Is it too strict? Is it valid? Let us know and send us a message about the app.
