The Texas Tech Red Raiders used a great start from Bryce Bonnin and a masterful four-inning bullpen appearance from Taylor Floyd to hold Florida State University to just one run. Texas Tech scratched across four to win the game 4-1 and advance in Omaha.

Texas Tech has now advanced into the Final 4 in the College World Series for the first time in school history.

Not only was the pitching great, but Texas Tech center fielder Dylan Neuse had the play of the game in the bottom of the 8th.

After Texas Tech scored a few insurance runs in the top of the inning, Neuse tracked a ball to the next area code and dove with full extension to save the run and probably a triple.

Offensively, it was Brian Klein who broke out his power bat once again, hitting just his third home run of the season and second this week in Omaha.

Neuse, Josh Jung and Cam Warren added multi-hit nights on Texas Tech's path to four runs.

Texas Tech will now have to beat Michigan twice to move on to the final series.
