August 24th and 25th, it's the 2018 Raider Red Meats BBQ & Ribeye Championship Cook-off.

This is a big deal because it's a Texas State Championship and a World Food Qualifier. And we're giving you a chance to go from your backyard to the big national BBQ stage.

We're giving one team a chance to cook right alongside the pros. This is serious business, and you can cook in as many of the five categories as you like, but you must do chicken, ribs, pork and brisket to be considered for the Grand Champion Cook-off.
