The pregnant woman was allegedly verbally and physically attacked by the DQ workers after complaining about a wrong order.

According to KRQE Angelika Coakley-Vargas ordered a Georgia Mud Fudge Blizzard from the drive through but got what she called “some vanilla concoction” instead during a road trip with her fiancé last month.

The report says she eventually went into complain and the blizzard accidentally spilled on the counter prompting employees to start the verbal assault.

Then two employees chased her down, punched her, pulled her hair and scratched her outside the store, according to Coakley-Vargas’ lawsuit. According to the report she told them she was pregnant but they responded with "I don’t give an f----.".

The Coakley-Vargas complaint holds store employees, the franchise owner and the overall corporation liable for “great pain and mental anguish” and “loss of enjoyment of life,” among other damages.

And all this over a Dairy Queen Blizzard, perhaps the most peaceful and delicious treat on the face of the earth.
