The I Love 90s Country Music concert featuring Tracy Byrd, Rick Trevino and Spur 327 goes down Friday, December 14th, 2018 at the South Plains Fair Pair Coliseum.

The show, which was originally set for this Friday, June 1, 2018 to benefit CASA of the South Plains' 25th anniversary, was moved due to concerns over the extreme heat expected to hit the area that week.

CASA of the South Plains, the concert's organizer, issued a press release about the decision.

"Our primary concern is to ensure the safety of all fans, sponsors, and supporters of CASA of the South Plains," said CASA in the statement, adding: "We apologize about the delay and look forward to celebrating our 25th anniversary with the community on Friday, December 14th."

According to the group, ticket buyers will be contacted by Select-a-Seat to make sure they're issued new concert tickets, or receive a full refund if they're unable to make it to the show on the new date.

On the plus side, all tickets that Lonestar 99.5 has given away will still be good come December.
