It seems like every year there's at least one Red Raider in the Super Bowl. Last season, it was Louis Vasquez, who won a ring protecting Peyton Manning with the Denver Broncos. The year before that, Danny Amendola won a ring with the Patriots. And the year before that, the Broncos boasted three Red Raiders.

In fact, this is the 7th straight year for the Red Raiders to be represented in the Super Bowl. Graham Harrell started the streak as Aaron Rodgers' back up in SB XLV.

Danny Amendola is going for his second Super Bowl ring after winning SB XLIX with the Patriots. LaAdrian Waddle is in his first Super Bowl.

They are both excited to represent the Red Raiders this week, and Amendola believes the Red Raiders are going to be good in 2017. "I don't care what anybody says, we're going to be good next year," Amendola said.

I hope you're right, Danny. I hope you're right.
