Show me the money! How much will your education investment pay off in the future if you're attending Texas Tech?

Looking at college and contemplating what your best ROI potential will be? Texas Tech has three graduate programs that were in the Top 20 on a recent PayScale study.

They include:

  • Art majors: Texas Tech graduates ranked 12th in this section, earning a mid-career salary of $75,000.
  • Physical and Life Science majors: Texas Tech graduates ranked 12th in this section, earning a mid-career salary of $90,700.
  • Education majors: Texas Tech graduates ranked 16th in this section, earning a mid-career salary of $52,800.

Is it alarming that Physical and Life Science majors and Art majors have the potential to earn more than Education majors? I wonder where do Computer Sciences or Technology comes in?
