After their big win over the Texas Longhorns, the Texas Tech Lady Raiders don't get much of a break. They will host #18 Texas A&M tonight. Yeah, the Aggies are the defending national champs. No one said it would be easy in the Big 12.

This will be the last game between the two teams as conference rivals, because A&M will be in the SEC next year.

You have to wonder how Aggie coach Gary Blair if feeling. He is a graduate of Texas Tech and he will be making his final annual trip to Lubbock.

Coach Blair is a great guy. He comes to the scorer's table to say hello to us and when the Matador song is played, he stands there with his "guns-up". That's pretty cool.

The last time out, Tech got some great play from senior Jordan Barncastle and sophmore Shauntal Nobles. They both had double-doubles and Barncastle made a big three point play that helped the Lady Raider secure the win over Texas.

There was over ten thousand fans at the game against Texas. So with the win over the Longhorns, and the Aggies in town, there should be that many people in the United Spirit Arena tonight or more.

By the way all fans are being to wear black to "black out" the arena.

Tip off is at 7pm
