Not even the venerable Jones AT&T Stadium, home of Texas Tech Football, is immune to flooding.

The lower levels of the Lubbock, Texas stadium were flooded Wednesday, August 31 after the city saw considerable rainfall during the week. Texas Tech's newspaper, The Daily Toreador, posted some incredible photos on their Facebook page that showed the flooding on the field was at least a hand deep.

It's unclear how or if this flooding will impact Texas Tech's 2016 season opener against Stephen F. Austin this Saturday, September 3.
