Texas Tech Baseball Picks Up Another National Ranking

Texas Tech Red Raider Baseball is about two weeks away from starting the 2015 regular season and on Thursday they were ranked in another national poll.

Texas Tech was ranked #13 in the USA Today Coaches' Preseason Top 25 Poll. Other Big 12 Conference schools ranked in the poll are: #3 TCU, #6 Texas and #7 Oklahoma State.

The other preseason polls ranking Texas Tech are: #5 in Baseball America, #9 in Collegiate Baseball, #12 in Perfect Game and #16 in the D1Baseball.com poll.

Last season, Texas Tech Baseball had its best season in school history, advancing to the College World Series in Omaha.

Texas Tech will host San Francisco on Opening Day, scheduled for Friday, February 13 at Dan Law Field at Rip Griffin Park in Lubbock.
