He's one of the biggest names in Texas Country and he's quickly becoming well known all over the country. Josh Abbott is so big in Texas, that he has his own festival and you can win tickets to it.

JAB Fest, named after Josh Abbott Band, is back in Lubbock on Sept. 22nd. EVERY country music lover in Texas should plan to not miss this event and I'll tell you why!

JAB Fest returns to Lubbock on Saturday, September 22, at the Lonestar Amphitheater. This year looks to be the biggest yet thanks to the stellar lineup, headlined by none other than Josh Abbott.

The Josh Abbott Band have been well known in Texas and surrounding states for years but they're finally getting the attention country wide that they deserve. So big that over the past couple of years JAB has been able to do their own Festival. Well, JAB Fest returns this September with a huge lineup that is going to blow Lubbock away.

South Plains favorite the Josh Abbott Band will headline this year's Fourth on Broadway street dance on Wednesday, July 4th. Joining JAB will be a few more local favorites in William Clark Green and Brandon Adams. The street dance is always one of the biggest attractions during the Fourth on Broadway celebration...

The music that comes out of Texas and Oklahoma only continues to grow bigger and better. 2012 could easily be the biggest year for music on the scene and these seven artists are truly leading the way. That's not to say that there aren't talented musicians and other fantastic records being made. This just means these are the seven we can't put down for 2012.
