Severe Thunderstorm Watch Issued for Eastern South Plains

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch has been issued until 11pm for the Eastern South Plains, not including Lubbock and Hale counties.

The counties included in the watch area are: Briscoe, Childress, Cottle, Crosby, Dickens, Floyd, Garza, Gray, Hall, Kent, King, Motley, Roberts, Stonewall & Wheeler.

The main threats in the watch area are winds up to 60 mph and hail up to quarter size.
