This album release is a big event for Jeremy Steding, a solid Texas Red Dirt country artist, who's now off and running with his newly formed band The Rebellion.

Odessa is his fifth studio album, and promises to be his best work yet.

Steding moved to Nashville last spring, where his original work found new inspiration. He gathered the band members, now known as The Rebellion, as part of that inspired journey. Steve Berkley's consistent drums, Kolby Rister on powerhouse bass, Casey Driscoll on a solid fiddle and Dillon Horton's intense work on steel form the backbone of The Rebellion.

Steding's music has taken on a new spirit and the tremendous energy of the solid musicians now backing him. They lend just the right mix of talent and originality he was looking for. And since, he's been able to step out in a new way.

Steding grew up in Florida and was greatly influenced by Johnny Cash, Buddy Holly, Willie and Waylon and Texas Red Dirt Country.

According to an enthusiastic report on his website, you can expect great new things from Jeremy Steding and The Rebellion in 2017.

Don't miss his CD Release Party at The Blue Light Friday, March 24th.
