School is about to start and our friends at United Supermarkets want to help you Build A Better Lunchbox. This month Market Street locations held a Build A Better Lunchbox Expo. So what would go in a lunchbox that is not only healthy, but good to eat?

Brenda Duby with United Supermarkets stopped by the studio today to discuss what to put in those lunchboxes. Duby says it's always good to start with a starch and a protein. Protein can include ham, turkey, or even beans. Duby says throw in a fruit or vegetable. And yes, it's okay to throw in a small treat too.

Duby also says that all United locations have flyers and coupons available. Watch the video above for more details on how to Build A Better Lunchbox for kids and adults.
