Reba Planning New Television Show [VIDEO]

Reba McEntire has made the successful jump from country music to the big screen and to television as well. And now she plans another television show. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Reba is executive producer of "Malibu Country". She will star as a divorced mother of three. Her cheating husband has forced the split, so Reba flees with the kids to Malibu. There she tries to restart her singing career (yea! we get to hear Reba sing during the show!).

The challenge will be to keep her children from corruption in their new world. This site reports the show was sold to the ABC network as a "Put Pilot" which virtually guarantees that the show will be picked up. Reba won an Emmy from her starring role in the tv show, "Reba" which was cancelled in 2007. Here's a sample of what we might hear on "Malibu Country".
