Maybe Reba McEntire missed her true calling in real estate, as the country icon apparently made a whopping profit on the recent sale of her Beverly Hills estate.

Variety reports that McEntire reached a deal with an undisclosed buyer without ever publicly listing the home for sale, fetching $22.5 million for the 1.8 acre property, which she purchased in 2003 for $9 million. According to tax records, the 9,242 square foot main residence was built in 1993 and features six bedrooms and seven bathrooms. A source tells Variety the house actually has seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms, as well as formal living and dining rooms, a den/billiards room, an eat-in kitchen and a family room with a built-in wet bar.

The property also features a lighted tennis court and a large swimming pool, with another building situated between them that adds another 2,000 square feet of recreational space, including a lounge and dining area, bar and a full kitchen with an indoor barbecue.

McEntire has starred in two television series; Reba, which ran from 2001-2007, and Malibu Country. She recently released a new album, Love Somebody, and has just launched a Las Vegas residency with Brooks and Dunn.

It looks like for now, she and her husband and manager, Narvel Blackstock, will have to make do with their farm that's located 30 miles northeast of downtown Nashville, situated along the Cumberland River just south of Gallatin, Tenn. According to Wilson Country tax records, that property comprises approximately 80 acres and includes a 11,671 square feet main residence with 10 bathrooms, an hourglass-shaped swimming pool with pool house, a full tennis court and extensive equestrian facilities.
