No one won the drawing this last Saturday night, January 9, 2016, which means that the 44 states participating, including Texas, New Mexico and Oklahoma, have record numbers of tickets being sold each second.

You can't swing a cat without hitting a news story asking people standing in line for their tickets what they will buy or what they will do if they win. But one question I haven't heard asked is: 'Who will you tell first?'
