Mike Ryan Delivers Powerful Performance at Lubbock’s JAB Fest [Photos]

Texas country singer Mike Ryan isn't slowing down.

The artist, who notched a no. 1 single in the Texas Music Chart back in 2014 with "Dancing All Around It," the first single off his second full-length album Bad Reputation, hit the stage in Lubbock for this year's JAB Fest.

The sold-out show had Ryan at the top of his game, with thousands of Texas Country music fans in attendance soaking up the sun, music and, yes, beer.

If there's one thing Ryan can do, it's write powerful country ballads that strike a chord with anyone who's experienced the pain of longing. And that talent was on full display at the Lonestar Amphitheater.

Lonestar 99.5 had the opportunity to have Ryan play three songs live and unplugged in our studios last year. From that intimate performance alone, which included "Dancing All Around It," "Bad Reputation" and "Damn Good Goodbye," it was clear the singer's trajectory was pointed straight up.
