Tuesday (January 2), a Lubbock man was indicted by a grand jury for online solicitation of a minor.

KAMC News reports 18-year-old Justin Fitts (pictured above) was accused of sending inappropriate messages to a 16-year-old girl. The indictment says that in May of 2017, Fitts sent the girl messages asking for sexually explicit photos or personal contact.

Court records say there were two previous police reports with females that Fitts was involved with, both stating that he sent sexually explicit photos of his genitalia to them.

Fitts was arrested in October 2017 and was able to post bond.
