It is time to come hungry for this amazing fundraiser and event happening in the Lubbock area. There will be authentic sausage, live music, live auction, and a silent action.

We are a couple of weeks out from the 39th Annual Sausage Lovers Festival on February 4th, 2023.

The meal includes homemade German-style link sausage, German potato salad, mashed potatoes, sauerkraut, green beans, fresh homemade rolls, drink and dessert. The price of the meal is $15 per plate for dine-in or carryout.

Parishioners are planning to prepare 3,000 Ibs of German-style link sausage that will also be sold in bulk for $8 per pound beginning on February 3rd and during the festival. A limited amount of breakfast and jalapeño sausage will be prepared and available for sale.

Fresh baked goods will also be available for purchase.

In addition to the dinner, musical entertainment will be provided from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Live and silent auctions will be held beginning at 1 p.m. in the Parish Hall.

At the conclusion of the festival, a drawing will be held for a 2023 Ford F150 STX 4×4 Supercrew truck from Smith Auto Family in Levelland. Tickets for the drawing are $10 each and can be obtained from parishioners or from the Parish Office at 319 E. Washington Street and will also be available the day of the festival.

Teams of volunteers will be preparing the fixings for a homemade German-style sausage dinner that will be served from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. You can call (806) 594-3362 to place your carry-out order.

The sausage fest is happening at Parish Hall located at 318 E. Washington Street.
