Did you know that Texas Tech has a team that absolutely dominates, nay, crushes their competition on a national level, year-after-year? If fact they've won nationally 4 out of the last 5 years and have won 12 national championship total.

You may be surprised that it isn't a sport, but rather something just as dear to many of us: meat judging.

Texas Tech is the authority when it comes to meat sciences. We are quite arguably the best in the world. And now they are offering a class to the general public on how best to cook you holiday meats including Prime Rib and Pork Steak, and berry cheesecake cobbler for good measure.

Raider Red Meats and GMG Pellet Grills  are collaborating on Friday, November 1th from 5p-8:30p for Class 1 and 8am-11:30 on Saturday the 19th. Classes are $75; however, the party favor bag provided to attendees is worth more than that.
