The big-hearted members of Lady Antebellum made a tough time a lot brighter for some very special kids.

The superstar trio visited with the kids at the Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children in Orlando, Fla. on Thursday (Nov. 13), and during the course of their time with the patients, they performed an acoustic version of 'Need You Now,' their breakthrough hit from 2009. They posted some cell phone footage to their Facebook page, writing, "A real joy for us to visit."

Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children has been recognized as a Best Children's Hospital in eight different categories by US News and World Report. The 158-bed facility is the first in Central Florida to provide emergency care exclusively for pediatrics.

It is part of the Children's Miracle Network Hospitals, whose goal is to provide critical treatments, equipment and charitable care for kids in local communities all across the country. Since 1983, the network has raised more than $5 billion for 170 children’s hospitals across the United States and Canada.
