Kip Moore and Dierks Bentley haven't gone on tour together yet, but they've already engaged in an epic prank war! Moore chatted with Taste of Country Nights host Sam Alex about their pranks so far.

It all started when Bentley asked Moore to join him on tour — in a very cold way. The singer invited Moore out to the lake, you know, just to get together before the tour. But in reality, Bentley had secret plans.

"He asked me to come out to the lake and just says we’re meeting for like good vibes for the summer," Moore says of Bentley's devious plan. "Then he says I gotta go in the water to be a part of the tour. I’m not having that, man.”

Moore even admits that he was the very last one to jump in the water. Bentley was a little nice to his tour companion, though; he let him borrow swim trunks to get him a little warm while in the 40-degree water.

“I was the last one to go in. I hate cold water. I wasn’t looking forward to that," Moore explains, adding that when he goes surfing, it's in warm weather.

“I’m a pansy when it comes to cold water. I don’t like surfing in California. I do Costa Rica and Hawaii."

The "I'm to Blame" singer got back at Bentley by trashing his beloved Chevy truck, Big White. Moore tells Alex that Bentley should watch out, at least if he has any more plans for tour pranks — and he sounds like he means it.

“He needs to know to just let it go, you know, because he got me, I got him even better and if he tries to do it again, I’ll get him even better the next time," Moore says. "He needs to just let it die, stop the pranks now.”

Sam Alex is the host of Taste of Country Nights radio, a syndicated night show which airs on more than 60 Townsquare Media Group stations nationwide.
