Colleen Crowley said in an affidavit that she suffered a ruptured eardrum from the Cleveland Browns and former Texas A&M quarterback.

KXAN Reports that the Crowley's affidavit was released Monday afternoon. There was some disturbing accusations in the document including Manziel throwing her onto the bed and forcing her downstairs to his car.

Once inside the car, Crowley says opened her door, jumped out and tried to hide. She said Manziel then chased her down, threw her back into the car and hit her in the ear causing her to temporarily lose her hearing.

Crowley also said she was "fearful for my life" and hit Manziel several times in an attempt to escape. Eventually Manziel fled on foot before the Forth Worth police arrived on the scene.

Manziel's career has been full of controversy from drinking and other issues. The Cleveland Browns are expected to cut him next month.

The investigation into domestic violence will continue.
