Every year, the Hallmark Channel releases an array of holiday films, and country fans will see a familiar face in one of the network's films in 2017. Jana Kramer turned to Instagram to offer fans a first look at her new movie, Christmas in Mississippi.

The trailer shows Kramer playing a character named Holly who returns to her hometown in the Magnolia State for the annual Christmas festival, which is being run by her ex-boyfriend, much to her surprise. But it looks like the plot leads to a happy ending for the two in spite of a rocky breakup, as Kramer's character says, "This town can inspire a lot of people, and I want to be a part of that with you."

"My movie trailer!!!!! It’s December!!!! Which means my @lifetimetv movie premiers this month!" the singer excitedly writes. "Hope you love it as much as I do!!!"
