James Holland, the stepfather of a special needs Idalou teenager who was murdered in February, allegedly took nude photos of the underage girl he is accused of sexually abusing.

According to court documents obtained by Everything Lubbock, the girl who claimed she was sexually abused by Holland over the course of several years said he also took naked photos of her.

The girl, a relative of Holli Jeffcoat's, told police that Holland took photos of her genitalia during a six-year period of sexual abuse.

It's currently unclear if authorities have located these pictures. If they do, their existence will "constitute possession of child pornography," said investigators.

The Lubbock County Sheriff's Office also obtained a warrant to search two cell phones, one of which is believed to have been Holland's.

No charges have been filed against Holland for the murder of Holli Jeffcoat, who was found with multiple stab wounds in her home on February 10.

Following Jeffcoat's murder, several shocking details came out about her home life, including that she was pregnant by a family member at the time of her death and that her mother was aware of the sexual abuse.

Holland was arrested March 10 and charged with Continued Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child. His bond was set at $2 million. He's currently being held at the Lubbock County Detention Center.
