Jalapenos Are Not Only Good, But Good For You!
The habit-forming mixture is not a hard recipe. I’ve confined it to just tomatoes, jalapenos, cilantro, lemon juice, salt, pepper and spices blended in my food processor and we’re good to go. And I’ve evolved as an eater too as I no longer de-seed the peppers. The hotter the better. Now, the problem is how to bottle my concoction for profit…..hmmmmmmm.
Recently I ran across a website that says there are numerous health benefits to jalapenos: fighting migraines; preventing sinusitus and relieving congestion; fighting cancer; lowering high blood pressure, fighting inflammation, soothing intestinal diseases, protecting your heart and even helping you lose weight! Wow! makes me just that much more of a ‘salsa-holic’. Now, bring on the chips! I’m buying the next round!
