We've all seen typos in the newspaper and realize how important proofreading is. Once something is printed, it's too late to change it. Last week in the local paper I noticed a Christmas event advertisement that mistakenly referred to the "manger animals" as "manager animals". See? One little mistake can change the whole meaning. Recently I ran across some headlines that should have been proofread, or at least proofed better, and had to share them. This site holds a lot more but here are a few for some laughs:
