Happy Birthday To Vince Gill [VIDEO]

Vince Gill was born on this day in 1957 in Norman, Oklahoma. He has one of the purest voices in country music. Gill was part of the 70's group "Pure Prairie League" and he sang on their huge hit song "Let Me Love You Tonight".

What's neat about Vince Gill is that he appeals to a wide audience but also never loses the traditional roots of what country music is all about.

Vince Gill owned the charts in the late 80's through the 90's.He has one several CMA awards and 14 Grammy awards.

One of his best songs, and one of my favorites of his, came along in 1991 off the album "Pocket Full Of Gold". The song is "Look At Us".
