Granger Smith and his wife, Amber, welcomed their third baby on May 16. The "If the Boot Fits" singer confirmed the due date with Taste of Country at the ACM Awards in April, saying he suspected they'd be having a second boy.

The couple decided not to find out the sex of the baby before the birth, but the singer was right. A baby boy named River Kelly Smith joined the family on Monday.

"Heart and hands are full. We added one more boy to the clan. River Kelly Smith has joined his brother and sister!" Smith writes on Facebook, also sharing a photo of his new trio of kids with fans.

The birth is of course a celebratory occasion for the couple, but Smith admits that delivery in general is extremely stressful.

“The day of the birth, everyone goes, ‘Greatest day of your life, right?’ And I’m like, ‘No, it’s horrible,'” he told us. "Not because of what it means, but because ... I have zero control over possibly the most important day of my life."

"You want everyone to be healthy, you want everything to go OK. And there you are, and you're just in the corner and you can do nothing but watch. And you're useless. That's how I feel."

River joins 4-year-old London and 2-year-old Lincoln in the Smith household. The couple married in 2010 after meeting at a music video shoot. Smith's most recent album, Remington, was released in March.
