I was JUST talking about this the other day, how technology is making us useless. Now in Boston over a dozen people drove onto a golf course fairway (and bunker) by following their GPS.

I mean really?? Getting stuck on the fairway of a golf course? At some point wouldn't you realize the road ended? The report says some driver kept going because they were following other cars, like lemmings jumping off the cliff.

So why is it on GPS in the first place?  It might be because it was a road back in the 1960's.  Still no excuse for lack of common sense.  It's true, we can't seem to follow maps or even function without our technology anymore.
