Lubbock Fire Rescue dispatched six units Monday morning to the scene of a roof collapse at Gene Messer Ford.

The Lubbock Fire Department shared photos of the roof collapse on its Facebook page. A natural gas leak was also caused by the incident.

Another roof collapsed at the South Plains Mall due to the heavy snowfall that hit the area over the weekend. No injured were reported there.

Lubbock has been declared a state of disaster by Mayor Glen Robertson. A total of 11.2 inches of snow fell in the Hub City - the most since 1983.
