Texans have a love affair with expressing themselves with vanity license plates. Sometimes it works out. Other times, not so much. But this Texas vanity plate is something special.

Taken by Austin-based writer Dan Solomon, the "FXN TO" Texas license plate celebrates one of Texas' most enduring phrases. And also begs the question: fixin' to what?

The easy joke would be 'park poorly' because it's a pickup truck. But the driver could just as easily be fixin' to: Go to the grocery store, pick up the kids, watch some football, cook some barbecue or even park exceptionally well.
