It's known in Floydada as the "FLoyd County Killer Green Sauce," others know it more personally as "Na Na's Sauce." This green sauce made of Whittle Farm jalapeno's has been a family tradition for as long as I can remember being able to eat it. Anyone who loves hot sauce agrees this is the best stuff ever. You just can't stop eating it. You're forced to keep eating it more and faster to keep the heat in check. Why all that suffering and sweat? If you are lucky enough to be in the circle of folks who have access to a pint jar of this green gold, I highly recommend a quick sample of some Floyd County Heat.
The picture is a sink-full of just picked jalapeno's from the Whittle Farm in Floydada getting ready to be made into the famous green sauce.
