I visited with Brenda Duby of the United Supermarket family about the best way to make a healthy, delicious dinner for your family when you don't have hours to be at home to prepare it.

Brenda's solution is a five-minute meal. How can that be possible? Here's how.

First, grab a rotisserie chicken from the deli/prepared food section. It's full of protein and super moist due to the rotisserie method of cooking.

Second, get a bag of salad from the produce section. Brenda prefers the salad kits which include cabbage, kale, lettuce, sunflower seeds and dressing. They are rich in vitamins, fiber, texture and crunch.

Third, head over to the frozen foods section and pick up a bag of frozen brown rice. Brenda picked the kind with wild rice, broccoli and carrots included. Heat it for the recommended time in the microwave and voila! You have a delicious, nutritious meal in five minutes or less and your family will love it.
