Coming up Saturday at all United Supermarkets Market Street locations in West Texas and the Dallas/Ft. Worth area is a "Healthy New You Expo". At the free event, from 11 a.m. til 5 p.m. both this Saturday and Sunday you'll be given info and sample products such as ultra-lean meats, oatmeal crunch bread, smoked salmon, "Oh Yeah" bars, plus a whole bunch of other foods. Sounds like fun, huh? And it will be medically-educational for you as well as blood pressure and cholesterol screenings are available at no charge.
