What a time for this. With Easter just around corner and kids getting ready for a visit from the easter bunny, a new study has come out about chocolate. It finds that if you exercise and eat a healthy diet of chocolate may be the best way to keep thin.

 

Researchers in the study say the reason for weight loss is that chocolate, although loaded with calories, has lots of antioxidants and other ingredients that may help with weight loss.

Dark chocolate may be better for weight loss because of the bitter taste and that may suppress one's appetite, where sweet chocolate may stimulate it.

Another reason from weight loss in eating chocolate is that it may make you want to dance.
