Three different plane's pilots reported someone pointing a green light at them near Dallas Love Field.

Fox 4 News reports that one was a private plane, the other were commercial airlines. The incidents happened around the same spot 10 miles southeast of the airport.

A Dallas police helicopter also scanned the area but was unable to find the culprits.

Pointing a laser and interfering with the operation of an aircraft is a felony crime. It carries a maximum of 20 years in a federal prison and a $25,000 fine.

Federal investigators are now looking into the situation.
