The Rob Breaux Show with Karson Robinson airs weekdays on Talk 1340 starting at 9 a.m. We're a pretty new show, just really getting started January 4th. Even though we're a young show, that doesn't mean we don't have our fans.

Current Dallas Cowboy wide receiver and potential future free agent Cole Beasley is a friend of the program. Well, he's a friend of a friend. I mean, I don't know the guy, but he listened to 15 minutes of the show one time and then responded on Twitter. That counts for something, right?

In reality, Cole Beasley was responding to Patrik Walker from 247sports.com. Walker is the senior Dallas Cowboys writer at the site, and he joined the show to talk about the future of the Dallas Cowboys' offense after the firing of Scott Linehan.

Before we got into the Linehan replacement talk, we discussed Cole Beasley's recent tweets, which seem to paint a picture of his time in Dallas.

The two main tweets we referenced in the interview with Walker are these, where Beasley says that it's not about the money, but the utilization that's a sticking point with him.

The crux of the issue that Beasley was utilized inconsistently under Scott Linehan and the Cowboys culture, developed under Linehan, was a good ol' boy target system. If Linehan liked you, he manufactured targets for you.

Beasley isn't mad or trying to leave. He just wants to be a consistent piece of a winning team. Isn't that what every good player wants?
