Multiple new food locations are coming to Lubbock's new Covenant Park at 82nd and Marsha Sharp Freeway.

Thankfully, Lubbock has a variety of great options for snow cones and shaved ice. From bigger businesses with multiple locations, to small hole-in-the-wall mom and pop shops, there is something for any and every taste.

The restaurant is Bombshells, and Lubbock is actually getting a location very soon. They are building off of Milwaukee and Spur 327, and while it may seem a long ways away, they are expecting to be up and running by the fall of 2024. That is only roughly six months away.

Arnis and Mallory Robbins, who co-own Evie Mae’s Pit Barbecue in Wolfforth, Texas, will open their third Evie Mae’s Pit Barbecue in mid-April in Miramar Beach in the YOLO building across from Seascape Resort
