Carrie Underwood used her husband Mike Fisher's water skiing adventure as a prime opportunity to sneak in a classic song by one of her favorite country artists.

Underwood and Fisher set out for a lake day recently and the country superstar decided to share a fun video of her hubby water skiing, set to the tune of Alan Jackson's "Chattahoochee." In a video posted to Instagram on Sunday (July 23), Fisher is gliding along the water while a motor boat pulls him across the lake as he water skis, with the Jackson hit comically spliced in. He hilariously flaps his arms in a bird-like fashion after he lets go of the handle and skis solo, splashing through a wave.

"#LakeLife I particularly like the pigeon flap at the end...This music seemed to fit...," Underwood writes with the video in reference to the Jackson track.

The "Church Bells" singer recently shared her love for summer in another Instagram post, showing off her Calia by Carrie swimsuit and new long locks while posing by the water. “Summertime is all about love. Love for people, love for the outdoors and love for living in the moment! Get out there and relax!” she encourages fans in the photo caption.

Underwood has been taking it easy since wrapping up her year-long Storyteller Tour in late 2016. She's since made several appearances on most of the major awards shows, performing "The Fighter" with her debut partner Keith Urban at the Grammy, ACM and CMT Awards. She announced that she had signed a new record deal with Universal Music Group in early 2017, leaving her longtime label home at Sony Music Nashville.
