Special Olympics Christmas Sale At The Village Center Saturday

It's time for the wonderful Special Olympics Christmas Sale at The Village Center, 82nd and Quaker Avenue, Saturday December 2nd. The sale gets underway at 10 am!

Above you can see some of the very special decorations created by the Special Olympics athletes that will be on sale this Saturday!

Lonestar spoke with Special Olympic's Michelle Logan about this exciting event (listen).

"This year there will be elves there from Special Olympics that have been busily working all year long putting together special holiday items... handcrafted" Logan said, "People can bring their kids over and see Santa," Logan explained and shared that the elves would be displaying and selling the wonderful Special Olympics handmade ornaments for sale.

Last year these wonderful items sold out pretty quickly, so you will want to get there early for a full assortment of decorations to choose from.
