Muleshoe, Texas resident Alice Liles will be at Lubbock's Barnes & Noble for her book signing this Saturday, January 26th at 2 p.m.

The Bright Lights of Muleshoe was initially a blog that began in 2009, celebrating the history and citizens of Muleshoe. It contained stories about what makes West Texas its own original region and more.

The book contains over 200 full-color photographs and shared vintage images, and each story was carefully document for accuracy and authenticity to make the book a fact-filled guide to what goes on under the bright lights.

While Muleshoe itself is what ties the stories together, one doesn't need to be from Muleshoe or even West Texas to relate to the people you meet and the history you learn.

Barnes & Noble is located at the South Plains Mall, 6002 Slide Road, Lubbock, Texas.

You can purchase copies of Liles' book on her website, http://www.aliceliles.com, or on Amazon, AuthorHouse, and Barnes & Noble.
