'A Night For the Museum', a fundraiser for Lubbock's Bayer Museum is Tuesday August 28th at the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center according to the Bayer Museum's website.

Helping us to preserve our agricultural heritage, this big event features great food, live music, a charity auction, a gun raffle and special guest speaker southern humorist and author Jane Jenkins Herlong (see her video below).
